Experteer Italy is seeking a Data Management & Infrastructure Manager to own the country data foundation and deliver a single, trusted view across sources. You will govern ingestion, transformation, and master data management to support analytics readiness and AI use cases.

Collaborating with stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with global governance, privacy, and AI ethics, drive data quality, and enable reporting, dashboards, and data products.

Competenze

• University degree in Business, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, MDM, or enterprise data strategy.
• Experience as a Data Product Owner with requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong knowledge of pharma data domains and regulatory environment.
• Ability to drive data strategy, enable new datasets, and deliver automation and change management.
• Expertise in SQL and data management; knowledge of Python or R; knowledge of data governance/quality tools.
