IBM Consulting in Napoli area seeks a Data Consultant-Data Governance to advise Client IT on infrastructure, security and risk management. You will ensure high-quality technical support and SLA adherence while aligning with process requirements.

You will analyze incidents, provision and deploy infrastructure, conduct risk assessments, manage infrastructure performance and maintain regulatory compliance, with a strong focus on data governance across client environments.

Qualificações

• Exposure to Infrastructure Management with provisioning, deployment and migration.
• Incident analysis and resolution to minimize downtime.
• Risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Managing and supporting infrastructure with security and performance focus.
• Experience ensuring processes and SLAs meet regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades
