IBM Consulting is hiring a Data Consultant-Data Governance in Italy to advise Client IT on infrastructure, security, and risk management. The role focuses on high-quality support and adherence to SLAs and processes while working with hybrid/remote arrangements.

Responsibilities include incident analysis, provisioning and deploying infrastructure, risk assessments, and ensuring ongoing infrastructure health and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure management, provisioning, deployment, configuration and migration to ensure seamless integration.
• Experience analyzing and resolving infrastructure-related incidents to minimize downtime and restore services.
• Experience with business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Experience managing and supporting infrastructure products to meet performance and security requirements.
• Experience ensuring activities meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, identifying root causes and validating resolution.
• Provision, deploy, configure, and migrate infrastructure products to meet client needs with minimal disruption.
• Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigations.
• Manage and support infrastructure products, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Ensure all activities comply with established processes and SLAs.
