Job Description Summary

A key role for technological management, data architecture and governance, as well as for the development of innovative projects with Databricks and Microsoft on Azure cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Join the ICT Platforms & Data Monetization Unit, managing technological platforms and initiatives.
• Define architectural modules for Big Data architecture.
• Maintain and develop warehousing logic within illimity’s DataLakeHouse.
• Manage Data Governance and Data Quality activities and procedures.
• Contribute to data product innovation and collaborate with Databricks and Microsoft Azure cloud development teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in STEM disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, pySpark, and Hive.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Terraform, and Azure services like Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, Kubernetes Service, Data Factory, and Purview.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Unit Testing practices.
• Knowledge of Big Data formats (Parquet), RDBMS, NoSQL systems (MongoDB), and data ingestion/transformation.
• Excellent team management, leadership, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English.
