Data Entry Specialist (AML) - 3 months & Italian C1 mandatory

ONLY freelancers (P.IVA) or fixed-term contract (tempo DET.)

to join our client's company – a well-established insurance company with a strong presence in the Italian market – in the Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sensitive data across multiple systems, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality & compliance

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, update & verify data related to insurance policies across various internal platforms
  • Ensure data integrity & consistency in line with company standards & regulatory requirements
  • Support due diligence & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities by managing relevant documentation & records
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data discrepancies & improve operational workflows
  • Maintain strict confidentiality & adhere to data protection protocols
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector
  • Familiarity with AML / due diligence processes is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently with multiple systems & handle sensitive information

Contract: Freelance or Fixed-Term Contract

Location: On-site in Milan (Cairoli / Duomo area) – 5 / 5 days
