Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to be the primary interface for Item and Operations master data entry and management for Europe. Operations data relates to the Formula, Routing, and Recipe data tables.

This role will ensure a high standard of data quality is maintained in Oracle EBS, aligning with our Global Standards and supporting business sustainability and maturation.

Huber AgroSolutions (HAS) seeks a Technical Support Specialist to support specialty crop field trials, develop technical reports, and provide training on our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills. He/she will closely cooperate with product management and the commercial team on defining yearly objectives.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Primary point of contact for master data updates, including creation of new data, updating existing data, and inactivation of data attributes as required by the business, in alignment with documented business rules and standard processes.
2. Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Master Data table structure, attributes, and maintenance of policies and procedures, especially regarding the Item Master, BOMs, Routings, and Recipes.
3. Support governance policies and procedures for the Supply Chain Management data within an MDM program.
4. Identify and recommend opportunities for Supply Chain process and performance improvements.

Requirements

1. High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in master data management, data integrity, ERP maintenance, and/or data analysis.
3. Cross-functional knowledge across the supply chain, including manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing, and transportation.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
6. High attention to detail and objective problem-solving skills.
7. Fluent in English and German and/or Italian.
