Prima, a growing motor insurance tech company in Italy, is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Claims Data Management team. You’ll shape technical roadmaps, mentor 3–6 engineers and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.

You’ll own architecture decisions, ensure reliability and security, and foster a culture of learning. If you’re passionate about data and cloud platforms, you’ll help redefine insurance tech.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data engineering
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience designing and operating reliable data pipelines in production
• Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from inception to delivery

Mansioni

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for a team of 3 to 6 engineers
• Take ownership of architectural decisions ensuring maintainability, reliability, scalability and security
