Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes to handle large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide high-quality data solutions.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes in relational databases, with a focus on Oracle.
• Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and orchestration.
• Apply GitOps principles to streamline code deployment and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong Python programming skills with experience in data handling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Understanding of GitOps principles and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
