Job summary

Enboarder is seeking a Data Cloud & Marketing Cloud Technical Architect for its Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group. This role focuses on Data Cloud (Data 360) with strong Marketing Cloud experience to drive cross-cloud success.

You will architect enterprise-grade data solutions, lead technical design, and guide cross-functional teams. Fluent English and Italian are mandatory, with 25–50% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Direct experience designing and configuring the Data Cloud (Data 360) platform to enable enterprise use cases.
• Marketing Cloud Mastery: 2+ years of direct experience (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio). Knowledge of AMPScript and SSJS is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in professional services.
• Strong architectural knowledge in MDM, data distribution, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions and map business processes to product suites.
• Experience with cross-cloud integration (REST/SOAP) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English and Italian.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade Data Management solutions.
• Architect scalable data solutions and ensure data governance and security compliance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other Architects to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders including executives.
• Travel to client sites for onsite discovery and solution presentations (25%–50%).
