LJB & Co is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to lead complex data centre construction projects in Italy. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing large-scale budgets, and ensuring safety and quality compliance on mission-critical sites.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience in data centres or related industries, fluent Italian and English, and an EU passport.

Competenze

• EU Passport holder is essential.
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience on large-scale industrial or data centre projects.

Mansioni

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major data centre projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all project phases.
• Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and internal procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors, suppliers, and partners.
• Act as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and building relationships.
• Produce and present progress and performance reports.
• Conduct regular project reviews and resolve issues proactively.
• Inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
