PE Global Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to join a Data Centre project in Italy, based in Bertonico. The role leads all on-site mechanical works, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control and top-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and 8+ years in mechanical construction, with strong leadership, coordination with planners and subcontractors, and a proven track record on large-scale projects, preferably data

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
8+ years of on-site mechanical construction experience.
Experience leading large-scale data centre projects preferred.
Strong safety and QA/QC discipline.

Mansioni

Manage and oversee all mechanical construction activities across the project lifecycle.
Lead day-to-day mechanical site operations with the wider project team.
Ensure QA/QC processes are implemented and maintained.
Coordinate schedules with Planners, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
Attend and lead Site Meetings, Engineering Reviews, Planning Meetings, and Handover Meetings.
Liaise with the design team to ensure construction information and submittals are issued in line with programme requirements.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality, compliance, and buildability of mechanical systems.
Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and drive a strong safety culture on site.
