Job summary

Breagh Recruitment Ltd is recruiting two experienced Electrical Leads to oversee electrical construction on a major data centre project near Milan, Italy. The role is site-based with a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with planning, commercial and subcontractor teams to deliver on time and to spec.

You will lead electrical site operations, review drawings, manage programmes, QA/QC, and ensure health and safety across all works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' electrical construction experience on major projects.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading electrical subcontractors and large installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical construction activities on a major data centre project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and site operations daily.
• Monitor progress against programme milestones.
• Review drawings, submittals and construction docs.
• Ensure QA/QC and health & safety compliance.
