Tgs International Group seeks an Electrical Design Engineer to support data centres and high-tech facilities in Italy. You will plan, design and coordinate electrical building services from concept through detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning in a dynamic, international team.

Join a multidisciplinary environment delivering complex projects, with travel to client sites and suppliers as required. Strong Italian and English communication will be essential to succeed.

Competenze

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering electrical systems in industrial or high-tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards and regulations.
• Experience preparing electrical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
• Familiarity with electrical design and analysis software.
• Understanding of local construction materials and labour costs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.

Mansioni

• Develop electrical system designs for Data Centre and high-tech facility projects.
• Prepare electrical layouts, calculations and cost estimates.
• Produce technical documentation including drawings, specifications, functional descriptions and bills of quantities.
• Design electrical infrastructure in line with project requirements and regulations.
• Review engineering documentation for quality and compliance.
