Competenze

• Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics or within a Data Center or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Ability to work 100% onsite.
• Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of Linux and Network Protocols.
• English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server, fiber, and network hardware.
• Resolve technical events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain high safety standards and handle physical equipment installation/moving.

We are looking for a Data Center Technician – Category Protected (L.68/99) for our client in the IT sector. You will be acting for the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and physical repair of hardware components critical for mission‑critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Lifecycle: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server, fiber, and network hardware.
• Incident Management: Resolve technical events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures.
• Safety & Operations: maintain high safety standards and handle physical equipment installation/moving.
• Continuous Learning: engage in specialized training to master cloud infrastructure components.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics or within a Data Center or mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Ability to work 100% onsite.
