In this role, you will:

1. Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
2. Coordinate with the client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, scheduling, and partner engagement.
3. Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
4. Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with the client to improve and revise procedures.
5. Lead and participate in meetings to monitor progress, solve problems collaboratively, and communicate impacts to partners.
6. Ensure adherence to project procedures and strive to observe them consistently.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience managing data center projects, covering MEP, CSA, or both.
• Possess a project management professional certification or are pursuing one; we can assist.
• Have a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
• Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Enjoy building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude.
