In this role, you will :

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with the client, consultant, and contractor teams on snagging activities, scheduling, and partner engagement.
• Proactively identify issues and work with the team to resolve them effectively.
• Implement and monitor key project processes, collaborating with the client to improve and revise procedures.
• Lead and participate in meetings to monitor progress, solve problems collaboratively, and communicate impacts to partners.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures and strive to observe them consistently.

We would love to hear from you if you :

• Have experience managing data center projects, covering MEP, CSA, or both.
• Possess a project management professional certification or are pursuing one; we can assist.
• Have a degree or equivalent experience in project management or construction.
• Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.
• Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Enjoy building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive attitude.
