The Role

Become a Customer Technology Advisor on our innovative Go-To-Market team. You will leverage your technical expertise to revolutionize technology solutions for our customers, working closely with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customers to drive opportunities and exceed expectations. Your role involves delivering engaging demos and presentations, supporting consulting, advisory, and architecture activities, and developing profitable deals that showcase your technical mastery and domain knowledge.

You will need strong technical and business acumen, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to develop compelling demonstrations and solutions. Coordination of the pre-sales process and building relationships with external partners are also key aspects of your role.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing solutions, services, and operating models, preferably in Cloud Computing, Data Solutions, and Data Platforms
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data platform solutions (Lakehouse, Data Mesh, Cloud Scale Analytics)
• Ability to analyze business processes and create data solutions in Public Cloud environments
• Skills in designing architectures focusing on performance, security, and reliability
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code deployment
• Deep understanding of Cloud architectures and Data components (Azure, AWS, Cloudera, etc.)

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years selling technical services across industries
