Job Opening: Data Analyst - Customer Base Analytics
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Consumer Department within the Customer Base Analytics area at Sky. The successful candidate will analyze customer behaviors based on profiles and product usage to identify and evaluate initiatives aimed at enhancing the value and customer experience.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Build, analyze, and continuously enrich the database to understand customer preferences, needs, touchpoint journeys with Sky, and product usage behaviors.
- Segment the customer base to identify growth potential based on customer needs and profiles.
- Identify, through quantitative analysis, inefficiencies, process faults, or areas of customer dissatisfaction.
- Understand customer reactions to specific events and campaigns (e.g., programming schedules, new products/services, communications, technological interventions).
- Define and support appropriate actions proactively or in collaboration with internal or external teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the results of implemented actions during testing phases and in operational regimes.
- Interpret, synthesize, and effectively present analytical results.
Requirements:
- Excellent data analysis, processing, and mining skills.
- Proficiency in R and/or Python software.
- Knowledge of Tableau for data visualization and presentation.
- Strong ability to visually represent analyzed data and communicate findings.
- Excellent command of the English language.
