Candidates should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL. Fluency in Italian and English is required. This is an entry-level position offering a full-time contract.

Job Purpose / Role

The candidate will support the Pricing unit by performing the following activities:

1. Data collection and preparation for analysis and modeling
2. Developing and updating statistical models for Motor products using techniques like GLM and ML
3. Analyzing classification based on technical features
4. Creating demand models with various algorithms
5. Defining and revising tariffs based on statistical evidence
6. Regular assessment of model quality and correctness
7. Data exploration to improve model predictiveness
8. Updating portfolio analysis with key KPIs to monitor the portfolio
9. Supporting data processing for standard and ad hoc analysis

Key Requirements / Skills / Experience

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Physics, or Computer Science
• Proficiency in Python, SAS, SQL
• Office suite skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
