Job summary

STIGA, a leading European lawnmower and garden equipment company, seeks a Data Analyst Intern to join the Connectivity Team in Campodoro, IT. You will extract and interpolate data from various databases, measure real-time health of the robot fleet, and influence product decisions with quantitative insights.

The role emphasizes building dashboards, translating technical data into business impact, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve firmware and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or related discipline.
• Prior analytics experience is valued but not required for all interns.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Monitoring: identify sudden changes in robot metrics and app issues before they escalate.
• Data-Driven Prioritization: provide quantitative insights to prioritize critical bugs or improvements.
• Dashboarding & Iteration: build and maintain a Daily KPI Dashboard and automate the setup over time.
• Ad-Hoc Deep Dives: run deeper analyses to uncover root causes of performance drops or error spikes.
