Job Description:

Adecco Credit & Banking is currently recruiting for an International Bank based in Milan for the position of Data Analyst Customer Intelligence.

Within the Customer Intelligence team, you will support senior team members in the following activities:

1. Defining target audiences for commercial campaigns in collaboration with business and marketing teams.
2. Conducting ad hoc analyses on individual clients to identify needs, behaviors, potential development opportunities, and churn prevention.
3. Tracking campaigns and analyses, identifying relevant KPIs to support the bank's commercial activities based on client characteristics.
4. Supporting the definition and implementation of bank strategies.
5. Collaborating with international teams to identify best practices and promote harmonization across countries.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, finance, mathematics, or related fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of SAS programming language, statistical and machine learning tools; knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in data analytics is considered an advantage.

We offer a fixed-term contract until November 2025, due to maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.
