Data Analyst – Customer Intelligence

Within the Customer Intelligence team you will support the senior team member in the following activities:
- Commercial campaign target definition in strict collaboration with business and marketing
- Ad hoc analysis on individual clients to identify needs and behaviour, potential development and churn prevention
- Campaign and analysis tracking and identification of relevant KPIs to support business in commercial activities according to client characteristics
- Support bank strategy definition and implementation
- Cooperate with international team to identify best practice and harmonization across countries

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in statistics, finance, mathematics
- Fluent in English
- Good Knowledge of SAS programming language, statistical and ML tools; python knowledege is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially excel e powerpoint
- Experience as data analytics will be considered a plus

We offer a fixed term contract until November 2025, due to maternity leave, that can be extended.
