JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing Insights team. As a Data Analyst, will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our marketing department. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations, and a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze marketing performance data from various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and produce comprehensive reports on marketing campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI.
  • Design A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.
  • Provide recommendations for adjustments based on testing outcomes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align insights with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and recommend effective communication and marketing channels to reach target audience segments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing strategy and communication channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Marketing Measurement Specialist or in a similar marketing role.

Strong knowledge of various communication and marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events and traditional media.

Experience in projects like Marketing Attribution models.

Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.

Familiarity with DMP (Data Management Platform) and CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts and implementation.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (Python, R, SQL, ecc..)

Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.

Fluency in written and spoken English
