JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing Insights team. As a Data Analyst, will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making within our marketing department. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, the ability to translate complex data into meaningful recommendations, and a deep understanding of the luxury fashion industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Measurement Specialist or in a similar marketing role.
Strong knowledge of various communication and marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events and traditional media.
Experience in projects like Marketing Attribution models.
Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
Familiarity with DMP (Data Management Platform) and CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts and implementation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (Python, R, SQL, ecc..)
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
Fluency in written and spoken English
