About the Role

As a Data Analyst at AssetClassic, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of collector car valuation and decision-making. You'll work closely with our leadership team and collaborate with our multi-disciplinary operating team to further develop AssetClassic Data, an exceptional platform that serves as the backbone of our innovative approach.

AssetClassic, along with two high-profile partners in the automotive and technology space, is in the process of defining and launching a new collectible car valuation platform. As a Data Analyst, you will directly support the launch and ramp-up of this effort and will have an opportunity to join the new company in a full-time permanent role in 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing collector car data to uncover insights and trends.
• Support processing large volumes of collectible car transactions in a timely and precise manner.
• Develop new data acquisition methods for enriching the existing database with additional sources.
• Contribute to the enhancement of our valuation models using historical auction prices, market data, and other relevant factors.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and expand our existing dataset, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in data-driven projects, working alongside experts to provide data-backed insights for strategic decisions.
• Help in the creation of data-driven reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for and existing understanding of collectible cars is a must.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data science fields.
• Relevant academic qualifications (Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, etc.).
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (Python, SQL, Retool, BI Tools, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for working with data.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about the collector car industry, its history, and market dynamics.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and spoken English.
