Job Description:

Our B2B SaaS client, with around 300 FTE, operates in the travel software industry.

They are seeking native-level German speakers to join their Milan-based DACH sales team as Sales Executives, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities & Role:

  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Work with SDRs/BDRs who assist in scheduling opportunities.
  • Earn a competitive OTE, with equity options and career development opportunities.
  • Hybrid work mode available (e.g., 3 days in office & 2 days remote).
  • Weekend starts on Fridays at 3 pm.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and closing roles.
  • Languages: Native German and conversational English.
