Position Overview: The client is seeking a skilled D365 Business Central Developer to support and deliver on a greenfield project. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing solutions to meet the clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications to align with business requirements.
Implementation: Lead the implementation of Business Central solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Business Central applications, addressing any technical issues that arise.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to ensure effective utilization of the Business Central system.
Testing: Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the developed solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in D365 Business Central and related technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AL language, Visual Studio Code, and other relevant development tools.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes, with specific expertise in finance, supply chain, and inventory management.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications are a plus.
