A leading consulting company is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Consultant to join a global implementation project. This fully remote position is focused on leading financial module implementations and requires strong financial process knowledge, alongside significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Ideal candidates will have a degree in accounting or finance and a proven track record in global D365 implementations.

Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Finance Consultant

Join an exciting global implementation project with a prestigious international client. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on a large-scale digital transformation program, collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support the implementation of D365 Finance modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, and related financial processes.
2. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configurations within D365 F&O.
3. Work closely with finance stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and provide expert guidance.
4. Configure D365 Finance modules and support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and end-user training.
5. Collaborate with technical consultants for integrations, data migration, and custom developments.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across multiple countries.
7. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Finance modules.
• Solid understanding of financial business processes (AR, AP, GL, budgeting, etc.).
• Strong background in accounting or finance (degree or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience working on at least one full-cycle global or multi-entity D365 F&O implementation.
• Must be currently based in Italy.
