Job Description:

Within the Engineering Area, we seek a Senior Configuration Manager for one of our Italian offices. The selected candidate will be seconded to the Hague office for 30 months. The role involves managing configuration in complex programs, including software development and supply management.

The Senior Technical Configuration Manager will develop and maintain the Configuration Management plan, ensure compliance with policies, manage configuration changes, conduct audits, oversee documentation, and support project and contract management activities. They will also provide training and ensure adherence to international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and tailor CM processes to project needs.
• Oversee change management, evaluate, approve, and implement changes.
• Manage the lifecycle of configuration items, ensuring documentation and traceability.
• Establish and control configuration baselines.
• Conduct audits and reviews, address discrepancies.
• Report CM status to stakeholders.
• Document all CM activities and decisions.
• Train and mentor project staff on CM processes and tools.
• Support contract activities by ensuring configuration requirements are met.

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of senior experience in configuration management, with knowledge of software and complex supply management, proficiency with PLM and SCM tools, and familiarity with MS Office.
