A leading cybersecurity firm in Milano is seeking a Search and Cybersecurity Operations Professional to define and implement evolving cybersecurity strategies. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent English skills. The role includes mentoring juniors and collaborating on proposals, ensuring robust solutions for clients.

Search and Cybersecurity Operations Professional

We are looking for a skilled professional to support our clients' complex and multidisciplinary projects in Cybersecurity and Security Operations.

The role requires strong team work and customer contact skills, as well as technical and management competences to define and implement evolving strategies in the field of Cybersecurity and Security Operations.

The main activities include :

• Defining, implementing, and maintaining evolving strategies in Cybersecurity and Security Operations;
• Supporting activities such as maturity assessment, requirements gathering, and process design in the field of security;
• Designing technological architectures and service delivery models aligned with specific client needs;
• Assisting and mentoring junior figures within the team;
• Collaborating with company leadership on developing the offer and preparing technical-commercial proposals.

Required skills and qualifications :

Master's degree or equivalent training (master's courses, specialized courses);

At least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Security Operations activities;

Competence in designing security architectures, technical assessments, and cyber risk management;

Experience in managing teams and direct contact with client management;

Excellent knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2);

Methodological and commercial skills for developing cybersecurity solutions and services;

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;

Preferred skills and qualifications :

Certifications in the sector (e.g., CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CCSP, CISA, CEH, CSX);

Experience with ServiceNow SecOps (SIR, VR) or Microsoft (Sentinel, Defender) solutions;

Knowledge of scripting languages or secure code development (Java, JavaScript, Python).
