HSPI S.p.A, operating across Italy and specializing in IT / Security Governance, is part of the TXT Group. To expand and strengthen its Milan team, it is seeking a Cybersecurity & Risk Consultant.

The role involves assessing risk profiles and security improvements across various sectors, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards and regulations.

The candidate will work within a high-potential team providing consulting services to major private and public sector clients, in complex environments and critical infrastructure.

The main responsibilities include:

1. Defining ICT risk analysis and business impact analysis models;
2. Developing models for IT System Architecture representation;
3. Mapping existing architectures through documentation analysis, exercises, and interviews;
4. Supporting the review and development of Information Security and Cybersecurity Management Systems based on standards like NIST, ISO, GDPR, etc.;
5. Evaluating processes and control systems for Information Security and Business Continuity;
6. Supporting business impact and dependency analyses, and developing Enterprise Architecture models.

Required skills:

• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of information systems architecture and networking basics (TCP/IP, ISO-OSI);
• Familiarity with international risk management frameworks and security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS-CSC, OWASP);
• Understanding of key security regulations (GDPR, NIS Directive, etc.);
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, CompTIA, GIAC.
