Job Description

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mid to senior level full cycle recruitment, capable of building strong client and candidate relationships through sourcing, screening, assessing, and presenting candidates to multinational clients.

The Role:
  1. Research, identify, and present candidates for mid to senior level cybersecurity roles across various industries.
  2. Utilize recruitment sources such as networking, social media, job fairs, and advertising to attract candidates.
  3. Manage relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
  4. Create and update progress reports tracking recruitment activities.
  5. Arrange and attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and support RFI and RFP processes.
  6. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
The Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment, including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
  2. Proficiency with various sourcing methodologies such as headhunting, market mapping, Boolean searches, and social media recruitment strategies.
  3. Experience interacting with local and international clients and stakeholders.
  4. Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and attention to quality.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Entrepreneurial spirit, driven for growth and expansion.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage international offices and teams.
  8. Fluent in English.
