K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Technical Security Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of security projects across functions. You will coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes while enforcing security best practices.

You will manage end-to-end projects, monitor progress, report status to stakeholders, and collaborate with security leads.

Competenze

• Experience in managing security projects within financial or regulated sectors.
• Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of security regulations (PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA) and best practices.

Mid-Level Technical Security Project Management with expertise in managing Technical Security projects, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of security projects.

Day-to-day activities will include coordinating with cross-functional and technical teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities/skills required:

Manage end-to-end Security Projects: plans, scope, budget, stakeholder, issue/risk to ensure successful project delivery ensuring compliance with the security best practices and standards.

Coordinate Technical/Functional Teams during the delivery phase to ensure delivery in time with project deadline expectations

Collaborate with cross-technical and functional teams to identify project tasks, risks and develop mitigation strategies

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members

Ability to manage and interact with technical lead and technical teams

Good knowledge of security matter and experience in managing security projects

Solid technical background such as (not all required) Application Security (API Security), Identity Management (IAM/CIAM/PAM), Cloud Security, Network Security, Infrastructure Security (FW, WAF, Antivirus, EDR, DLP….)

Knowledge of main Security regulations with focus on Finance sector (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA, Garante2…)

Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory. The interview process will be conducted in English.
