About the role : We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Expert to lead and support our efforts in securing software applications, hardware products, and related networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, and hands-on experience in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and responding to incidents across all layers of the IT environment.
Key responsibilities include : Software Security Conduct code reviews and support vulnerability assessments of internal and third-party applications. Implement secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Collaborate with developers to integrate security into CI / CD pipelines. Monitor and respond to application-level threats and exploits. Hardware Security Ensure physical and firmware-level security of servers, endpoints, and IoT devices. Evaluate and implement hardware-based security solutions (e.g., TPM, HSM). Perform risk assessments on hardware supply chains and embedded systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to secure device architecture and interfaces. Manage PKI generation and support integration with STLA ecosystem. Network Security Design and maintain secure network architectures for local installation of hardware products (LAN / WAN, VPN, firewalls, IDS / IPS) Support the monitoring of network traffic for anomalies and potential threats. Support the penetration testing and vulnerability scanning of network infrastructure.
Required Skills and Experience : Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles with a focus on software, hardware, and networking. Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, IEC 62443). Proficiency in tools such as Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus, Burp Suite, and SIEM platforms. Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with the Linux operating system.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+, CISM) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and a proactive security mindset.
