Ermenegildo Zegna Group cerca un professionista esperto in cybersecurity per guidare le operazioni, monitorare minacce e coordinare risposte agli incidenti a livello internazionale.

Lavorerai a stretto contatto con IT, Legal, HR e partner esterni per realizzare azioni concrete di protezione e conformità.

Competenze

• 7+ anni di esperienza in operazioni di cybersecurity e gestione degli incidenti.
• Competenze in strumenti di monitoraggio della sicurezza (SIEM, EDR), gestione vulnerabilità, risk assessment, sicurezza di infrastrutture e reti.
• Ottima gestione delle comunicazioni e degli stakeholder in ambienti veloci.

Mansioni

• Gestire e operare strumenti di cybersecurity (SIEM, EDR) e piattaforme di vulnerability management.
• Rilevare, analizzare e rispondere a incidenti di sicurezza e minacce emergenti.
• Coordinare azioni di remediation e supportare l’硬ening delle infrastrutture.
• Guidare le attività di vulnerability management e prioritizzare i rischi.
• Supportare iniziative di conformità (NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX) e audit.
• Contribuire a programmi di sensibilizzazione e formazione sulla sicurezza.
• Coordina fornitori esterni, inclusi SOC e consulenti di cybersecurity.

YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE

You’ll work closely with IT, Legal, HR and external partners to drive meaningful results.

• Manage and operate cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, EDR and vulnerability management platforms.
• Monitor, detect and respond to security incidents and emerging threats.
• Coordinate remediation actions and support infrastructure hardening.
• Lead vulnerability management activities and prioritize risk mitigation.
• Support compliance initiatives, including NIS2, ISO 27001, SOX, and audit processes.
• Contribute to security awareness and training programs.
• Coordinate external vendors, including SOC providers and cybersecurity consultants.

WHO YOU ARE

• You bring 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations and incident management.
• You’re skilled in security monitoring tools such as SIEM and EDR, vulnerability management, risk assessment, infrastructure and network security.
• You’re known for operating effectively in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You communicate fluently in English.
• It would be a plus if you have experience with ISO 27001, NIS2 and SOX frameworks, exposure to global or multi-brand environments, and experience working with external SOC or managed security services.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The position provides for a base salary between: €60,000 – €70,000. Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
• Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.

• Be part of a growing cybersecurity function at Group level, in a high-visibility role with exposure to senior stakeholders.
