Voltican is a Licensed Training Provider approved by the CCMC-AB and is in the process of becoming a Registered Provider Organization. The company is seeking to hire a charismatic and engaging cybersecurity professional to lead the cybersecurity department of the company.

The role involves training aspiring and experienced cybersecurity professionals looking to get CMMC Certified Professional and Assessor qualifications (CCP AND CCA) and also to lead the company's team of cybersecurity professionals to conduct assessments, remediation, and consulting services for client vendors in the Federal Space.

LEAD TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop lesson plans and methodology to be used by Voltican's Provisional Trainers to complement CMMC Authorized Training Material for training.
• Conduct Virtual Instructor Led Training for students.
• Monitor progress and implement strategies to improve the probability of students passing CMMC-AB exams.
• Lead Internal Train the Trainer class.

LEAD ASSESSOR / CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare for and conduct cybersecurity assessments for clients.
• Advise and support clients to make risk management decisions.
• Identify potential problems or shortfalls in the client organization’s implementation of the Risk Management Framework.
• Identify information system weaknesses and deficiencies for clients and ensure that deficiencies and weaknesses are addressed.
• Support continuous monitoring activities and information security situational awareness.
• Facilitate security authorization decisions.
• Complete security authorization packages, to include system security plans, security assessment reports, POAM summaries, and a continuous monitoring plan / assessment schedule.
• Analyze and interpret data to unearth vulnerabilities.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree, or higher, from an accredited college or university.

At least five (5) years of teaching experience.

At least five (5) years of cybersecurity experience.

Possess two or more of the following certifications :

• CAP (Certified Authorization Professional)
• CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
