Job Opportunity: Cybersecurity and Data Protection Specialist

Location: Bregnano, Italy

Labor Project Srl, a dynamic consulting and training company founded in 2003, operating nationally and internationally, specializing in Privacy, Data Protection, ESG, Compliance 231/01, and AI research, is seeking a talented professional:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience, gained in consulting firms, corporate environments, or legal studies, with a focus on business consulting. Familiarity with Cybersecurity and Data Protection topics is essential for developing policies, standards, and guidelines.

You will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team, supported by a senior figure, and will contribute to managing increasingly complex activities.

Key Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISO/IEC 27001)
• Experience with NIS 2 Directive compliance activities
• Conducting Gap Analyses for cybersecurity regulation compliance
• Managing regulatory compliance and digital risk, including updating privacy models, procedures, and policies
• Due diligence and drafting activities related to Legal Tech contracts (CRM, SaaS, System Integration)
• Updating organizational privacy models, procedures, and policies

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office

Contract Details:

Type of contract depends on the candidate's profile, with employment under the CCNL Commercio, fourteen monthly payments.

Work Location:

Depending on the candidate's residence, options include Milan (Stazione Centrale area) or Cantù (Como). All new hires will undergo onboarding at the Cantù headquarters. Candidates must have their own vehicle and be available for client site travel.
