You will play a key role as a Cybersecurity Specialist as part of our Global Cybersecurity Certification Program team.
Responsibilities
- Assist Cybersecurity Certification Team Manager in end-to-end certification activities.
- Assist and interact with the internal assessments team for NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, TISAX, FedRAMP, SOC 2 Type 2 and related activities.
- Plan, design, manage, and carry out project plans to assure delivery and ensure project plans fulfill their objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to comprehend procedures and promote results.
- Participate in audits and site visits, as requested.
- Identify ways to streamline and optimize processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that external audits are carried out efficiently.
- Ensure certification is maintained, contributing to the process related to yearly surveillance audits and re-certification audits by interacting with external auditors from a certification body and liaising internally with various stakeholders across the globe to ensure necessary readiness.
- Ensure continual compliance and react to scope changes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Engineering or Computer Science).
- Minimum of 10 years' overall experience and at least 5 years in Information or Cybersecurity domain.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the Cybersecurity Certifications domain.
- Experienced GRC professional.
- Knowledge of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, ISO 27001, TISAX, FedRAMP, SOC 2 Type 2 standards.
- Team player with an ability and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform within deadlines.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and associated certifications specific to companies in United States.
- Any relevant cybersecurity-related certification will be an added value.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work globally in an internationally distributed organization, with flexible time zones and occasional travel.
