We are strengthening our Cyber Security team and are looking for brilliant professionals passionate about innovation and financial services.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols.
• Maintain familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Balance security measures with user experience.
• Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software.
• Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features.
• Articulate security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the company’s Financial Services clients in advising and delivering security solutions.
• Deliver presentations and plans with high quality standards and timeliness.
• Create or utilize metrics to evaluate the efficiency of the product direction.
• Drive consumer intelligence through external and internal data sources to improve understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers.
• Develop or adopt research tools, sources, and methods to support product marketing and intelligence.

Other duties may be assigned as the role expands.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Passion for innovation and financial services.
• Preferred 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with a strong team orientation and customer focus.
