We are strengthening our Cyber Security team and seek passionate professionals interested in innovation and financial services.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and Chief Information Security Officer in delivering innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Your role:

Your duties and responsibilities

• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols.
• Maintain familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Balance security measures with user experience.
• Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software.
• Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features.
• Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support Financial Services clients by advising and delivering top-tier security solutions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and plans timely.
• Create and monitor metrics to evaluate product security and efficiency.
• Enhance business understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers through data analysis.
• Develop or adopt research tools and methods to support product marketing and management intelligence.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Passion for innovation and financial services.
• Preferred 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation skills, teamwork aptitude, and strong customer focus.
