We are strengthening our Cyber Security team and are looking for passionate professionals with a drive for innovation and financial services.

The ideal candidate will support the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer in delivering our innovative solutions within a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Your role :

Your duties and responsibilities

• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols.
• Maintain familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Balance security measures with user experience considerations.
• Understand network architecture, encryption methods, and security software.
• Communicate with developers and security engineers, translating threat intelligence into product features.
• Explain security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the company’s Financial Services clients by advising and delivering top-tier security solutions.
• Deliver presentations and plans that meet high-quality standards in a timely manner.
• Create and monitor metrics to evaluate the efficiency of product directions.
• Develop consumer intelligence through external and internal data sources to enhance understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers.
• Adopt or develop research tools and methods to support product marketing and management intelligence.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required

• Master of Science degree with honors, preferably in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Passion for innovation and financial services.
• Preferred 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Italian and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, teamwork aptitude, and customer focus.
