OTB Spa is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to safeguard digital assets within the ICT Infrastructure & Operations department in Milan. The role focuses on monitoring, incident response, and collaboration to improve security across the organization.

Responsibilities include managing SIEM/EDR/XDR tools, vulnerability scanning, policy enforcement, and security awareness programs. 3+ years in cyber security and relevant certifications are preferred; hybrid work with flexible hours is offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Cyber Security area.
• Good knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall, WAF, VPN, IDS/IPS, EDR, EPP, DLP, SWG, CASB, NAC, IAM.
• Familiar with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience across Windows, UNIX, macOS, Linux, and mobile OS.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and autonomously manage tasks.
• Security certifications (CySA+, GSEC, CEH or equivalents) preferred.

Mansioni

• Act as main contact for SOC; monitor KPIs and drive service improvements.
• Monitor network traffic, logs and security alerts for threats.
• Collaborate with SOC and IT to investigate incidents and mitigate risks.
• Design and evolve security tools (SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners, IDS/IPS).
• Manage and tune Vulnerability & Application Scanning solutions; support remediation.
• Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Help enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Establish Security Awareness Program for employees.
