Job summary

OTB Spa is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to join the ICT Infrastructure & Operations team in Lombardy. The role focuses on safeguarding digital assets, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, and collaborating with the SOC and IT groups.

You will monitor security events, help design and evolve tools, and drive vulnerability assessments and policy enforcement. The position offers flexible hours and smart working options with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cyber security with hands-on work.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel).
• Experience with firewalls, WAF, VPN, IDS/IPS, EDR, and DLP.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for SOC and monitor KPIs to improve services.
• Inspect network traffic, system logs, and security alerts for threats.
• Collaborate to investigate incidents and mitigate risks.
• Design and maintain security tools: SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability scanners.
• Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and remediation processes.
• Support teams in vulnerability resolution and penetration testing.
