We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience across various cyber security domains, with a strong focus on Microsoft Defender ecosystems and data protection solutions such as Microsoft Purview. You will play a pivotal role in designing robust security solutions for businesses and enterprises, while also managing threats and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Solution Design: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies tailored to the unique needs of businesses and enterprise environments.
2. Microsoft Defender Expertise: Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Defender ecosystems to enhance security posture and ensure optimal protection against cyber threats.
3. Data Protection Solutions: Utilise Microsoft Purview and other data protection tools to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Threat and Vulnerability Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities within the organisation's infrastructure, ensuring proactive measures are in place.
5. Cross-Domain Cyber Security: Provide insights and solutions across various cyber security domains, going beyond product specialisation to address broader security challenges.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams and executive leadership, to communicate security strategies and align them with business objectives.
7. Business Problem Understanding: Analyse business challenges and articulate how cyber security initiatives can support organisational growth and resilience.

To be a successful in this role, you will need:

1. Proven experience in cyber security consulting, with a focus on Microsoft Defender ecosystems and data protection solutions.
2. Strong background in designing and implementing security solutions for businesses and enterprise environments.
3. A solid understanding of security concepts, frameworks, standards, and best practices.
4. A strong knowledge of security technologies, tools, and techniques.
5. Demonstrated expertise in threat and vulnerability management practices.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of various cyber security domains, with the ability to think beyond product-specific solutions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
8. A strong understanding of business processes and the role of cyber security in enabling organisational success.
9. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent) are a plus.
