Franke Group seeks a cyber resilience professional to strengthen security across Azure Cloud, IoT ecosystems, and manufacturing environments. You will define security requirements and advise project teams on best practices.

Role involves reviewing existing controls, implementing improvements, and tracking emerging security trends. Some travel (<10%) may be required as travel becomes safe, with CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria coverage.

Competenze

About The Job

Franke Cyber Resilience Services is a young corporate function aimed at strengthening the cyber resilience of the Franke Group. By joining us, you will be exposed to the latest security solutions from top notch vendors and managed service providers. In our scope, we define protection strategies for a wide range of technologies including cloud environments, IoT devices, and automated manufacturing environments within Industry 4.0.

We are seeking a talented and technically savvy individual to join our global team.

Your tasks

• Define the cyber security and cyber resilience requirements in areas such as Azure Cloud and IoT ecosystems.
• Be the security advisor for department and company projects.
• Review current system security measures and recommend and implement enhancements based on technical expertise and business needs.
• Track and understand emerging security practices and improve Franke standards accordingly.

Requirements

• A self-starter able to find responses to complex security scenarios by mixing your own experience and good knowledge of the relevant security resources.
• Experienced in working with multiple international stakeholders to produce innovative and creative solutions covering business and IT users.
• Interested in occasional business travel (<10%) as soon as travelling is safe and respecting the Covid regulations.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in a similar position, assessing the Information Security architecture aspects of solutions and projects.

• Hands on experience on two or more of the following:
• Building secure solutions in Azure Cloud.
• Defining security provisions for IoT ecosystems.
• Experience implementing zero trust architectures in Microsoft environments.
• Certificates: holding Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert and/or CISSP certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

• Compensation range: t he compensation package for this position is expected to range between 53.000 € and 62.000 € gross per year, including a variable bonus scheme. The actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria, and may be slightly below or above this range. This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
