CX Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical customer support via regional ticketing systems, email, live chat, and phone.
  • Guide customers on the use of MEDIT’s 3D scanners and software to maximize satisfaction.
  • Manage all customer interactions professionally within response time standards.
  • Visit dealers and clinics across the region to provide on-the-ground support.
  • Support dental shows by offering expertise and assistance.
  • Create and update troubleshooting guides for the Help Center.
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding in both English and Italian.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to share insights and improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of customer service experience in dental or digital healthcare industries.
  • Strong understanding of dental workflows and technology.
  • Native in Italian and fluent in English.
  • Eligible to travel abroad.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry work experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
