Job summary

Flutter SEA in Milan is offering a 6-month Channel Evolution CVM Strategy Trainee internship. You will support digital channels evolution across Sisal’s app and web touchpoints, and collaborate with international teams in product, design, tech and marketing.

We seek recent graduates or master's students in economics, management, marketing, or data analysis who are curious, proactive, and energized by digital journeys.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or master’s student in Economics, Management Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Data Analysis, or equivalent digital/business fields.
• Curious, proactive, and passionate about how digital products work (websites, apps, and user journeys).
• Analytical with a balance of logical thinking and creativity in user experience.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support digital channels evolution: observe, map, and plan improvements for Sisal’s app and web touchpoints.
• Explore market trends, benchmark digital experiences, and gather inspiration from leading apps.
• Assist in data collection and visualization of key metrics and user feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, tech, and marketing across teams.
