What You’ll Be Doing

We are looking for a talented and driven Customer Trade Marketing On Premise Manager to join our team.

You will be included in the Trade Marketing Team with aim to develop and execute the Trade Marketing strategy at Area and Customer level, with the objective of strengthening brand presence and driving commercial growth in the On Premise channel.

This role reports to our Trade Marketing On Premise Manager and collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and external partners such as wholesalers and agencies.

You will also manage a team of three Customer Trade Marketing Leads and act as the main point of contact for strategic execution with key customers and internal stakeholders.

Your Activities Will Include

  1. Define and execute the On Premise Trade Marketing strategy in line with brand and channel objectives;
  2. Work closely with sales teams to co-develop customer-tailored trade marketing programs;
  3. Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, materials and support to execute campaigns and promotions at customer level;
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to optimize promotional initiatives;
  5. Track and evaluate the impact and ROI of promotional activities and trade campaigns;
  6. Act as the point of contact for key customers, supporting them in the execution of tailored programs;
  7. Lead and develop a high-performing team, maximizing engagement and performance;
  8. Support integrated planning cycles and performance review processes in collaboration with Channel Trade Marketing.

Who We’re Looking For

  1. You have a Master’s Degree (ideally in Business or Marketing);
  2. You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Trade/Channel Marketing or Sales roles in FMCG companies. Previous experience in Sales is a strong plus;
  3. You have in-depth knowledge of the On Premise channel and its dynamics;
  4. You have excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  5. You are fluent in English;
  6. You demonstrate strong ownership, leadership, and decision-making capabilities;
  7. You have experience in people management and team development;
  8. You’re a collaborative, results-driven person who can manage complexity and drive execution;
  9. You are open to travel on Italian territory.
