The Role

You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and provide cutting-edge technical solutions and services. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with customers to identify their business needs and craft tailored solutions that drive success.

The CTS – Security Services role involves developing cybersecurity technical solutions, overseeing the creation of comprehensive security solutions for infrastructure services, and utilizing industry-leading products. You will be part of a larger client solution pursuit team, developing innovative designs to deliver winning client solutions, often integrating services from internal and external providers.

You will provide technical and security expertise across various technologies, including IAM, network security, SIEM, remote access, MFA, and endpoint security. Your responsibilities include leading the development of security strategies such as privileged account management and multi-factor authentication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity technical solutions.
• Create complex security solutions for infrastructure services using industry-leading products.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop optimal solutions.
• Assist in designing and implementing security technologies like IAM and MFA.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years of experience in IT service management, sourcing, or strategy.
• Expertise in IT organizational models, governance, and financing.
• Proven ability to design technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure management, cloud computing, network security, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent customer relationship and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in consulting or advisory roles.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and hybrid infrastructures.
• Experience supporting sales and developing proposals.
