The Job
Your Responsibilities
  • Handling product exchange logistics to ensure the shortest possible procedures
  • Updating the internal database with modifications or changes to customer statuses
Your Profile
  • English Level C1
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Autonomous, organized, and stress-resistant
Would be a Plus
  • Proficiency in a second language (French)
  • Previous experience in technical customer service/help desk is an asset
  • Ability to diagnose technical problems and identify solutions
  • Knowledge of collaborative work software, virtualized environments (CMS, Helpdesk software, GSuite, etc.), SSH consoles, VPNs, and JSON settings
  • Knowledge of Audio/Video environments (file formats, streaming formats, connections, encoding)
