Responsibilities

  • Support our existing customers in Italy with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket, and chat.
  • Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges.
  • Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department.
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Other languages, such as Spanish, Portuguese, and French are a plus.
  • Some experience working with customers and/or in sales, e.g., internships.
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.
